The Pink Cottage - a private haven at beautiful Waihi Beach

A private self contained cottage within 5 mins walk from the village shops and about 8 mins walk to the wonderful expanses of Waihi Beach. This property has a high-end fit out and with a mix of antiques, vintage and modern furniture and artwork. There is a well-equipped cook's kitchen and an abundant herb garden. Multiple seating areas both inside and out give you lots of dining and relaxing options. There is a large level gravel parking area alongside the cottage which is suitable for motorhome, caravan or boat (electric hook up available at extra charge - please select parking payment supplement). This is an ideal property for a relaxing seaside break for 1 or 2 adults. Waihi Beach village offers an array of independent shops, good markets, cafes and restaurants. As well as 10kms of pristine beach to enjoy, there are excellent local hikes and bike rides and excellent fishing both on and off shore.

Absolutely gorgeous
This is easily the nicest bookabach we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is incredible - top tier appliances built into the cabinetry and a massive kitchen island. Overall just a beautifully and thoughtfully appointed house. We loved chilling on the super sheltered veranda - very pleasant even on windy days. Thanks Janet for a wonderful stay!

Best holiday rental ever
Everything was absolutly perfect we were pleasently surprised this bach was significantly better than we anticipated. Photos do not do it justice. Wish we had stayed longer. So many small details made it perfect, bathroom so well stocked including sunscreen, bug spray, moisturiser, bath bombs, many beautiful books to read, linnen bedding, supurb kitchen completly kitted out for entertaining, including milk, nespresso, many teas and basic kitchen ingredients like spices, flour, sugar etc. Cooking herbs in the garden, and we even picked some strawberries. Highlight was the deck with wicker furtiture, adorable cushions and fairy lights. Lovely space, beatiful and confortable furnisings. We just liked all of it.
