Lovely staff, great views, clean, and located in the perfect area. A block from the beach and only a few blocks from major shopping areas. Great place to stay. We will be coming back.

Probably the best stay we’ve ever had! The staff was friendly and helpful! Lolly at front desk was amazing and ensured we had everything we needed since we were there for our wedding! Lani at housekeeping is so sweet and very attending to your needs. She ensured our room was tidy and cleaned every day! Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay! Air Conditioning was terrible and regulated by hotel...after complaining they lowered it to a "VIP" temperature which still was terrible...nobody likes to smash their spouse in a humid island and not fresh cool room.

I was very happy with our stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every question i asked was answered. I will recommend the Hyatt to my friends. I wish they would have parking for the cars, but i understand theres no space. Me and my wife were very happy with our stay.
