Welcome to our home in paradise! We are excited for you to visit our private (and quiet!) end unit, located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course in Waikoloa Village. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story condo is well cared for. This is a new rental, and as new owners, we are constantly updating it. Start or end your day on the large peaceful lanai - complete with wet bar and wine fridge - with a view of the golf course, pool area, and peek-a-boo ocean views.
The spacious 1210 sf condo welcomes you with a large open living area and attractive 18-foot wood ceilings with fans for cooling comfort. You will feel at right at home in the well-stocked kitchen (including quality pots and pans, dishes, knives, spices, full-size fridge, cookware, microwave, Keurig and espresso machine, and dishwasher – to name a few). An oversize bedroom is located on the main level with 2 queen size beds adjacent to the tastefully renovated bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the loft-style master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower and separate vanity, enabling privacy for everyone. In addition, an in-home office area, complete with high speed Wi-Fi, is ready for you in the upstairs master if you need to work remotely during your stay. High quality memory foam mattresses and air conditioning units are located in both bedrooms, ensuring you sleep comfortably . The bedrooms and living each have their own smart TV and cable.
Most, if not all, of the beach supplies are here for your use, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, snorkel sets, and even sand toys. Our condo is also baby/toddler friendly, including baby locks, a baby gate, toddler bed, and booster seat!
Waikoloa Villas is a private, quiet, community with lavish tropical landscaping, two pools, cabana areas, and hot tubs, and gas BBQ grills. Golf, tennis, and shuffleboard are onsite at the Community Center. Guests can get discounted greens fees at the Village golf course and have free access to the Olympic-sized community pool right around the corner. Parking is unassigned and typically available right in front of the unit. Enjoy easy access with the keyless entry door!
The local grocery store is a quick two-minute drive away. Hapuna Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is about a fifteen-minute drive away (as well as the best restaurants on Big Island)! From Waikoloa Village, guests can easily explore all the island has to offer, including a visit to the active volcano.
Some of the renovations/upgrades include: New carpeting on stairs, new grout on main level tile, fresh paint in hall and stairwell (2024); Fresh paint in bedrooms, new loft decorative panels, and new towel racks and open shelving in main level bathroom, and new area rugs (2023). New LVT flooring throughout the upstairs and downstairs areas (2019). Kitchen: new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash, new electric range/oven. The cabinets have been recently painted with new pulls giving it a modern, fresh look (2019). Downstairs bathroom: New vanity, new fixtures, completely renovated shower/tub combination, new cabinetry, and new lighting (2019) Downstairs bedroom: New window coverings, new large fan, and portable a/c unit (2019). All interior doors have been upgraded to solid wood shutter doors (2019). Electrical panel was upgraded (2017).
Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee.
We try to keep our fees to an absolute minimum. The "property fee" is to pay for the 4% general excise tax required to be paid to the State of Hawaii that is not collected by VRBO.
