Perfect for romantic getaways or adventures, this open-plan space includes a king bed, bunk beds, a cozy fireplace, and a kitchen. Enjoy outdoor dining, games, or dive for crayfish. Explore 32 hectares, visit a 30m waterfall, and unwind in the sauna or lap pool.
Note: This unique wool shed has character, not luxury! There are also hosts on-site (Top house).
This property is a wool shed, please bear in mind the rooms are open plan, there is no divider to separate the bedrooms, living room & kitchen. The cook top is fully functional, however the oven is currently out of order. we do not have a Tv,
It’s off-grid with occasional generator noise.

Paradise in Waipapa Bay!
Truly a special place, you won’t see Kaikōura the way you see it until you stay in this place. We had the most bliss long weekend, the place resonates why we love being full of character, rustic but class! It’s beyond. And our host goes above and beyond, even taught us how to catch cray fish by craypots! You know when they say “best of both worlds” this is it! Bush, mountain, sea, river! It’s in your doorstep! Can’t wait to come back! xx
