Winter, spring, summer, or fall, a classic Vermont experience awaits at this two-story condo on the banks of Mill Brook Creek. This is a place to enjoy easy access to the slopes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Resort, a seasonal pool and tennis courts on the grounds, and an expansive deck where you can dine alfresco to the soft sounds of the creek below.

The Battleground Condominiums are ideally situated between Mad River Glen Ski Area (just over a mile west) and Sugarbush (just over three miles south). It's a prime location for hiking or cross-country skiing the neighboring trails, and for heading into charming downtown Waitsfield (four miles) with its wonderful restaurants and shops. Back home at the complex, there's a seasonal outdoor pool with a large sundeck, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground.

Step inside and head upstairs to find the main living space on the second floor. In the warmer months, slide open the glass doors to relax on a deck that runs the length of the condo and overlooks the creek. Come winter, settle in by the woodstove (with logs provided) to set up a board game or watch a favorite movie.

The bedrooms are all downstairs, two of which have direct access to the outdoors and views of the creek. Two recently remodeled bathrooms, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi round out the condo's bonus features.
