Only 1.5 hours from Boston .. 40 minutes from North Conway Ski Country.
Walking distance to Poor Peoples Pub and NH Snowmoble trails.
In summer minimum rental is 7 nights
WE ONLY RENT FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

The cottage has two baths and 4 bedrooms plus a loft with bedding.

Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area plus a large wrap around outside deck
and sand gathering area with fire pit on the water.
Also has an outside shower.
Boat House & Dock
Great for summer rental or Winter rental for snow sports

Great location!
Excellent location, very quiet side of the lake, very clean, and excellent communication with the owner thank you! Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time, and the bountiful loon and eagle sightings were a great bonus! Beautiful, well maintained home. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, pots and pans. Views of the sunrise from the home. Plenty of room for 6 adults.
