Spacious holiday home in Hesse with garden

This large and cozy holiday home is located on the former state-owned estates of the municipality of Waldeck. The spacious and very tastefully furnished rooms offer plenty of space. Therefore, the house is suitable for one as well as for two families traveling together.

The house is in a wonderfully quiet location in the village of Netze and only 5 km from the beautiful Edersee. In summer it is a perfect starting point for hikes through the nearby nature park or for water sports on the lake. In winter you can reach the ski slopes around Willingen in just 45 minutes by car.

The fireplaces in the living room and first floor create a cozy atmosphere. The spacious garden with sufficient seating, outdoor fireplace (can also be used as a grill) and the stable tree house ensure carefree holidays. There are three parking spaces available in the courtyard. Please note that this house is not handicapped accessible.
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

Die Unterkunft war einfach, aber für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Gläser mehr wären schön gewesen, aber wir haben haben uns mit Tassen beholfen. (Hätten wir gefragt hätte die Vermieterin uns mit Sicherheit welche gegeben )😇

Den Flair des alten Hauses fanden wir sehr schön, ebenso den Ofen im Wohnzimmer, den wir Abends angemacht haben. Waldeck und der Edersee sind sehenswert.

Rustikale Gemütlichkeit
Ein altes, gutes erhaltenes Bauernhaus, das seinen Charme versprüht. Wer modern und steril mag, wird hier nicht fündig. Wer es gerne etwas uriger, individueller und mit entspanntem Feuer im Ofen in einer ruhigen Umgebung mag ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ca 15 min bis zum Edersee, Frau Nickel ist sehr nett und gut ansprechbar. Die Dinge, die uns aufgefallen sind, wurden von ihr sofort aufgenommen.

wunderbare, sehr ruhige Lage, freudliche Vermieterin
altes Fachwerkhaus mit entsprechende Ausstattung. Wir haben sehr ruhige und erholsame Tage mit der Familie (8 Personen mit Kindern) verbracht. Macht Lust auf mehr. auf Grund des Alters vom Haus sind natürlich einige Dinge, die mal wieder überarbeitet werden müssen, aber dennoch war alles zu unserer Zufiedenheit.

Die Gegend, in der das Ferienhaus steht, ist sehr schön. Das war's dann aber auch an Positivem. Das Haus ist dreckig, die Betten waren alt und kaputt, die Matratzen und das Bettzeug fleckig. Die Küchenmöbel alt und kaputt, die Wände und Decken der Küche fettig und voll mit Spinnweben. Im Wohnzimmer riesige Spinnweben, kaputte und durchgesessene Möbel. Fehlende Rauchmelder im kompletten Haus und die uralte Nachtspeicherheizung funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten aufgrund der Außentemperaturen ca. 16-17°C in allen Räumen. Im 1.OG waren Türen inkl. Türklinken kaputt, die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Der Zugang zum Hauseingang war nicht beleuchtet, man musste sich im Dunkeln mit der Handy-Taschenlampe aushelfen. Duschkabine kaputt, rausgebrochene Fugen im Badezimmerboden usw. Ich könnte die Liste noch weiter führen. Hier niemals wieder!

Haben uns wohl gefühlt
Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern da und haben die idyllisch ländliche Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Das Haus mit seinem rustikalen Charme und dem Garten mit Spielhaus mit neuer Schaukel und Kletterleiter waren für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekt geeignet.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer charmanten Einrichtung. Schöner Garten für Kinder, der Abends perfekt zum entspannen einlädt. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Immer wieder gerne ! :)

Top unterkunft
Es war alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Hinweis, bitte achtet wirklich darauf was der Vermieter euch sagt und heizt mit Holz. Die Räume sind alle mit nachtspeicheröfen ausgestattet, nur geht das ins Geld. Wir haben irgendwie Panik bekommen weil das Haus so kalt war bei Ankunft und die Dinger angemacht. Schwups war dann die Abrechnung für den Strom für 4 Tage teuer. ( das war definitiv unsere Angelegenheit, der Vermieter hatte sehr deutlich gesagt dass es so kommen wird) Also die beiden Kamine benutzen und dann ist alles tip top!

Sehr sehr dreckiges und altes Objekt
Die Beschreibung täuscht leider. Alles ist sehr alt und verdreckt. Das Baumhaus ist kaum nutzbar, da bereits große Risse in den Balken sind. Es wird insgesamt schon lange nichts mehr gemacht. Die Kirche direkt nebenan verhindert auch einen ruhigen Schlaf. Schlägt leider die ganze Nacht durch und um sieben Uhr morgens so richtig.

Ruhige Lage, gemütliche Wohnung mit Kamin
Wir sind mit Freundinnen in dem Ferienhaus gewesen. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und mit Feuer im Kamin haben wir gemütliche Abende erlebt.
