Nice Bavarian cultural hotel with local foods. Lunch comes with limited options. Dinners were usually ok except one day. If you don't eat meat it is a bit hard to find something suitable to you. You may need to request room cleaning if you need. Great place for kids, they can navigate themselves above 3yo.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sauber und die Zimmer recht modern. Das Angebot gerade für Kinder ist klasse. Beim Service ist noch gewaltig Luft nach oben, Check in ist Punkt 15 Uhr check out Punkt 10 wenn man länger bleibt kostet es 60€ danach darf man auch keine Einrichtung des Hotels mehr nutzen. Gut alles (sogar Poolhandtücher) wird eine extra Gebühr verlangt.

Das Personal war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Frühstücksbüffet in der Lobby und die weit entfernt liegenden Restauranträume ohne zugeteilte Tische sind sehr ungünstig. Alles zu eng und zu knapp für soviel Gäste.

Für ein Familienhotel waren manche Dinge nicht so gut. Wie der Stillraum in den man sogar von Essraum einsehen konnte. Dinge die auf alten Bewertungen schon kaputt waren die immer noch kaputt sind. Sehr viele Rentner. Wenn viele Kinder da sind finde ich eine Betreuung bischen wenig.

Gut hat mir gefallen, dass auf Wünsche eingegangen wurden, z.B. die Verschiebung der Essenszeiten (Corona bedingt gab es 2 verschiedene Zeiten). Die Anmeldung zur Schwimmbadnutzung empfinde ich in dem Fall positiv, da dieses sonst schnell überfüllt ist. Unser Zimmer war mehr als geräumig! :) Für uns ideal gelegen mit Blick auf den Spielplatz und keine weiten Wege im Haus. Etwas negativ, leider corona bedingt, war das Müllaufkommen durch das Verwenden von Einmalhandschuhen (diese lagen dann tw. auch draußen raum), oder z.B. separat in Frischhaltefolie verpacktes Müsli am Morgen. Ist natürlich schwierig, beides umzusetzen. Hygienevorschriften und Umweltschutz. Eventuell könnte man Mittags ein zweites warmes Gericht anbieten. Es war nicht unbedingt immer etwas für alle dabei (z.B. Vegetarier).

Familienhotel / schlechtes Essen
Das Zimmer war OK und bis auf die Dusche relativ sauber, als Geschäftsreisender war die Belegung des Hotels nicht sehr attraktiv (viele Familien mit Kindern), die auch beim einchecken alle schon am Buffet fürs Abendessen Schlange standen. Hatte ein wenig Jugendherbergsatmosphäre. Ich habe â la Carte gegessen und mir 2 Vorspeisen bestellt. Carpaccio und Caprese, wobei ich von beidem abraten muss. Die Bedienung stimmte mir auch zu, dass Scheiblettenmozarella nicht mit echtem zu vergleichen sei und das Rindfleisch tatsächlich etwas muffig roch (und schmeckte!). Einen Preisnachlass oder etwas aufs Haus habe ich leider trotzdem nicht bekommen. Die Servicekräfte waren mit dem Andrang der "Buffetgäste" auch endlos überfordert, sodass ich in der Bar mit einigen anderen Gästen bis zu 20 Minuten auf ein Bier warten musste. Für Geschäftsreisen nicht zu empfehlen.

Saubere Zimmer, Mängel in anderen Bereichen
Wir reisten mit dem Auto an und fanden einen super Parkplatz vor. Die Stellplätze sind überdacht und die mehreren Eingänge des Hotels vom Parkplatz gut zu erreichen. Der erste Duft der einem beim betreten des Gebäudes entgegenströmt ist nicht gerade einladend. An der Rezeption mussten wir warten, obwohl zwei Damen vor Ort waren. Nur eine Dame bediente die Kundschaft. Bei Expedia buchten wir 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Als wir an die Reihe kamen, erhielten wir unseren "Zimmerschlüssel". Ohne Aufzug mussten wir das Gepäck selbst in den zweiten Stock tragen. Im Zimmer gab es kein Zustellbett. Auf Nachfrage wurde es aufgebaut. Danach war das sehr saubere Zimmer voll. Ein normales Zusteigen ins Bett war auf der einen Seite unmöglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot neben Knäckebrot, Mischbrot und Zwieback nur eine Brötchensorte, die aus Weißmehl bestand. Kein Vollkornbrot oder Körnerbrötchen wie in anderen Hotels standard ist. Nachdem das frische Obst aus war, gab es keinen Nachschub. Auf Nachfrage wurde man recht unfreundlich behandelt. Fazit: Das offensichtlich gut gebuchte Hotel wird aufgrund der Unfreundlichkeit des Personals, der Enge des Zimmers, des nicht gerade einladenden, lieblosen Speisesaals und des "mangelhaften" Frühstücksbuffets von uns wohl - wenn überhaupt - nur noch mit eigenen Frühstückszutaten besucht werden. Schade - da das Zimmer wirklich sehr sauber war.
