I am requesting that I get a full refund on our rooms from Saturday, September 28 at the Wyndham super eight in Park Rapids Minnesota. The rooms were dirty. They smell like dog. My youngest grandson has allergies and can’t sleep in rooms that smell like dog without getting an asthma attack, I will expect somebody to call me and discuss this with me. Many, many cigarette butts covered the ground near the side entrance (unhealthy & unsightly). TV did not work even after asking for assistance. Shower head rusty & ran poorly, shower curtain didn’t keep from holding water inside the stall, the room had a peculiar odor, bathroom door did not close properly.
