The room was nice and clean Everything was good. When we walked into the lobby it had a strong smell of pinesol maybe? But when we got to our room it was fine. Very clean and safe!

When we checked in we asked for a quiet room and we were given a room on the I-90 side of the hotel. We then asked if we could have a room on the opposite side of the hotel and we were given a room overlooking the roof right next to the air conditioning unit which was loud. I asked the front desk person about the Mountain View advertised on the room description that we booked and payed for and she told me that all rooms were the same price and dismissed me. The room smelled horribly of strong cleaning products. We couldn’t keep the window open to keep air flowing to help with the smell because the air conditioning unit on the roof was loud. A very terrible experience overall.

hotels.com sucks!
The hotel is OK. Just OK. Obscenely overpriced though. Staff was indeed very nice and helpful. Why one star? Because of hotels.com. That REALLY sucks. First, they manipulate ratings - the show 4.8 while on Google, it's only 3.5. Second, they claim amenities that do not exist. Like breakfast. And finally, their price is significantly higher than other travel sites.

We had a suite and it was comfortable and clean. We thought there was a cafe for dinner but it was only for breakfast for purchase. I don’t know why the bar didn’t offer any food so we just walked downtown about a half mile. We were looking forward to a full service hotel.

While e loved the charming town of Wallace, the Wallace Inn was not what we were expecting. Old and outdated, the rooms we stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke and feet; there was no complimentary breakfast and zero maid service. We were short on towels and had to haul our garbage out to a trash dumpster each day. The bedding was old as was the carpet which was filthy. I’d recommend paying a little more for a better experience somewhere else.

Very nice indoor pool and hot tub!!!! Clean and spacious king size room! Don't stay in room 202. It's the first room upstairs from lobby. We could easily hear the phone ring and staff/others talking....hard to sleep at night. If we would have known we would have requested a room away from the lobby.
