The room had a terrible smell of burnt grease/food. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told MAYBE the following night, since it was "too late: the reservation had been made". The attendant did not say there were no other rooms available. We were handed a spray to use in the room. Trash cans in foyer overflowing with trash. Trash on floors in foyer and corridor. Tub had black mold all around it. Horrible for the price we paid.

Hotel was nice, convenient and service was fine, room was clean but there was a smell of cigarette smoke even though it said that it was non smoking, possibly due to people smoking directly outside. There was no breakfast as such just coffee and some snacks.

I rented two rooms. Both rooms the floors were dirty. There were blood stains on the sheet liner on one bed. A bug crowd across the pillow. There was caked on spills down the side of the refrigerator. The door of the bathroom cabinet was broken off and resting against the wall. There was no stopper in the tub or the bathroom sink. The microwave look like it might Have had a small fire. There were two buildings at this address up front and a back building. The reservation did not say there were two buildings or which one to go to. I would not recommend this hotel.

There are two extended stays at this address, a front building and a back building. The reservation did not say which building and we did not know about two buildings until we came to the front desk of the front building. I booked two rooms at $192 a night.. One room had a broken door off the bathroom cabinet, which was resting against the wall wall. There was no stopper in the bathtub or the bathroom sink. The floor was dirty, and the toilet seat was partially off its hinges. The second room had blood stains on the bedliner a note that said the room was vacated because of spraying for routine preventative measures. A bug crawled across our pillow at 6 AM. Something has spilled on the counter next to the refrigerator and all the splatters were dried and caked on the side of the refrigerator. The microwave looked unsafe to use as it looked like it had caught on fire or something near the grill inside I am going to ask for a refund. I have pictures of all of these things.

It's difficult to include everything that was wrong with this property: dirty with cockroaches (even tough we mad to be out of our room twice for a total of 6 hours for them to spray), things in room not working (lights, switches, one burner on the stove, bathroom & kitchen fans), physical site poorly maintained (holes in walls left unpatched or at best unpainted after changing fixtures on walls), staff largely unfriendly and uninterested in being helpful. I will not stay there again.

Just stayed one night thank goodness. This place has people living in it full time as i guess that is what an extended stay is for. This place is just plain dirty. We got a room beside a barking dog who wouldn’t stop barking. the only bright spot was the hotel clerk and her name i believe was Antoinette. I might be wrong with her name but it was something like that. When we informed her of the barking dog she moved us right away to another room and was so nice. The hotel is lucky to have her .. The website says breakfast is offered and if you want a packaged muffin of low quality this is the place for you. They also serve coffee but coffee was empty and the front office said it would take 10 minutes to get more and we didn’t have the time to wait. all in all if you are only staying one night i would look for other accommodations
