Head out to the sundeck and take in the amazing views of Lake Wanaka. This bach is perfectly situated, no more than 30 metres from the lakefront, and with a BBQ equipped the sundeck will be a popular hangout during warmer months for hosting classic Kiwi BBQ's.

The interior of the bach features open plan living with large french door that perfectly compliment the indoor-outdoor flow of the home. The bedrooms feature large floor to ceiling windows and with WiFi and Freeview there is plenty to keep you entertained year round.

Stay indoors and chill out, or set out on adventure - you are just metres from the lake edge, while parks are within a 5 minute walk. Skiers are well-positioned being just 25 minutes drive from world famous Treble Cone Ski field.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY
The photos are very old and it does not represent the house at all. The house was not legally setup with smoke alarms which we fixed within an hour of arriving. It was dirty, had carpet beetles eating at the master bedroom carpet, crockery and cutlery sticky and dirty in a dirty kitchen, broken chair in the living area, vinyl in bathroom broken and old so floor cannot be adequate sanitised/cleaned. The heat pump had not been cleaned in a very long time so it did not work, so we had to vacuum it out to get it to work. The house cracks very loudly every time there is a change in air temperature, which results in disturbed sleep every night. Garden overgrown so that you cannot get your car near the house without scraping it against plants and trees.

Retro Wanaka Crib
Warm (mega heat pump), safe and convenient - with retro brown vinyl and amber textured glass for a big dose of kiwi nostalgia! Sunny outdoor deck with a BBQ, and lots of room to run around. The washing machine overflowed which was attended to promptly by the friendly property manager. Incredible panoramic views of Lake Wanaka and surrounding maunga. Walk over the road and there’s the path around the lake. An easy stroll into Wanaka town too.
