Entering Superorange, you are greeted by a contemporary timber staircase up to the bedroom wing. These three upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned for year round comfort. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a walk through robe to a private ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a built in robe and a special view of some iconic buildings overlooking the city centre. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a built in robe. Both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 have a view through the void to the private yard. A luxurious upstairs bathroom caters for Bedroom 2 and 3. You will want to take a bath in this room! A comfortable study retreat overlooks the void to the main living area. It is a great retreat space with a desk and WiFi access.
At the ground floor level, the kitchen is the hero of the space. With a central island bench, this is a great space to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The dining area is beautifully located between the kitchen, living room and outdoor living area. Open up the over sized glass sliding doors onto the northern deck to bring the inside out! The living room is a comfortable nook with access to a smart television and Netflix. Enjoy a rest with board games, books and magazines by the gas log heater. A powder room and the laundry are at ground floor for your convenience.
Outside the north facing private courtyard is secure with a locked gate, which is great for young families. The landscape designed garden is a beautiful backdrop to the courtyard space. The rear service yard has a wall mounted clothesline, directly outside the laundry.

Warrnambool's attractions include the Lady Bay Foreshore, the Hopkins and Merri Rivers, Lake Pertobe Playground and a whale watching platform at Logan's Beach. Coastal walks are popular along the Lady Bay Foreshore and the Port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail is a great bike riding track. Take a drive up to Thunder Point to view the spectacular ship wreck coast!

The central shopping area of Warrnambool is nearing completion of a beautiful upgrade, with an array of shops to enjoy. Fairy Street also has a lovely range of boutique shops.
The May Race Carnival, Port Fairy Folk Festival and Warrnambool Speedway are key events and festivals in Warrnambool.
