The entire HUB is an incredible location and sight to behold. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. The food and drinks were amazing and the rooms were SUPERB. I intend to stay again sometime in the next couple of months. Well worth every penny.

Arrived at 5am and were put into an extremely noisy room facing a construction site. It was nowhere mentioned by the hotel that there was construction work ongoing. Also, the key to the room did not work. The reception person had to let us in. After asking for a quieter room, the hotel did not offer us any other options. They said they were not responsible for the construction work outside the hotel. We asked to get checked out immidiately in order to find a different hotel, as we hadn’t slept the whole night, but the Crowne Plaza denied our request. They just didn’t care about us at all! Thank you Expedia for providing a solution and giving us a refund for the room!! I trust you can charge it back to the hotel.
