The location of this property is absolutely excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The place is full of character. The furniture, decor and en suite bathroom are dated but I think the great location and level of comfort outweigh these points. We really enjoyed staying there.

Boutique Hotel in an amazing location
Friendly staff , typical old fashioned boutique hotel , as commonly found in Central Europe . But the biggest selling point has to be the location . Will happily stay there again 👍😀🇬🇧

The location in Old Town was very convenient. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. However, the amenities were scanty. Instant coffee or tea in hallway, no milk. Room was not cleaned overnight. The room faced east which means that in early June the sun shone in my face at four in the morning! The curtains were not sufficiently thick to block out the sun.

Interesting historic building in the heart of the city center. Nice, helpful staff. Beds were not super comfortable. Minimal amenities, but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The room was great. It was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the city and it was in the center of everything. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a water kettle. Instead they offered hot and cold water stations on the floor. The one nearest us was empty and despite several requests to replace it, they never did. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful or eager to help. Still, I'd stay there again because the room was so nice. The lift was slow but it did it's job

The hotel was ok. Really good location right in the center of the old town. Walkable distance to plenty dining options. Close to many tourist attractions. The room was ok, but it needs a bit of renovation, especially bathroom - that is why my rating is below 5 stars. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Amazing place , really really nice area, atmosphere is wonderful, ll be staying there next time. - one of the ladies on a reception doesn’t speak English at all, had to book the next night online. I think the receptionist has to know at least basic English.

Right at the old town square
Room was spacious, but the decor was very dated. If you never seen a soap dispenser or air blower from the 90's, here is the place! There is a traffic underpass that caused the noise and rumbling all day and night. The only good thing is the location and the view from the balcony

In the epicenter of old town attractions. Here you just open the door and literally step right into old town. Very old styled but with its own idiosyncratic character. Worth trying if you are not the hurried type.

The location is amazing on Castle Square! The Hotel itself is beginning to show it's age a bit, but room was spacious and bathroom updated. The staff was helpful and attentive. I would stay here again!
