We really enjoyed our five night stay at the Hetman hotel. The room was big and very clean. We had little contact with the staff but when asking for extra pillows they were brought to the room within ten minutes. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very polite, hard working waiter.The area was around the hotel interesting with several museums and beautiful churches. Great tram and bus service to all areas. The hotel is excellent value for money.

We had a great stay! 10 minute walk to PGE Stadium about 20 minutes to Old Town Warsaw. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We were not impressed with service. Breakfast was difficult as food selections were not labeled and staff did not speak English. I tried asking for a fork and that was a problem. Staff were not attentive when things ran out at buffet. Neighborhood is quite far from the center of the city. We had constant problems with our room keys and staff kept insisting it was our fault. Not our best experience.

This is a really nice hotel. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early after traveling for almost 24 hours. The room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. It’s in a good location - not too far from Old Town and very close to Warsaw East train station. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels we stayed in.Initially We booked only 3 days but after the first day decided to extend our stay to all 9 days we visited Warsaw. Except from being somewhat oldish, in every other aspect the hotel was great. Clean, specious room, excellent breakfast to our taste, and great location 4 min. From Wilenski station with metro,tram, busses and suburban train. Only one station ride, to the old city center.
