A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location to explore the old town district of the city. All staff members were friendly, attentive and very professional which made for an excellent city break.

A perfect location to old town, restaurants and transportation. Staff was friendly, helpful and called a taxi for us when needed. East check in and out. Enjoyed the relaxed feeling in lobby. Our room was large and we could open the windows for fresh air.

I got upgrade to “better” room, which it turned out to be dated, dirty and worn out. It was supposed to be a “5 star” hotel and experience, in reality the hotel should receive 3 stars at max. Bathroom was dirty, towels were unusable, smelly. Floors were scratched, dirty and all decor was outdated and worn out. No one at the reception even ask “how was our stay”. Very disappointed stay, I wish I would have booked another hotel in the area.
