Not what we were hoping for. they were unable to accomodate a request for two double beds so one person had to stay on the most uncomfortable cot imaginable. breakfast was good. we were advised by the staff to get a cab rather than an uber when leaving. they ordered us a cab they said was trustworthy, saying it should only be 60 (twice the uber price of 30). The cab then charged 130 saying it is sunday double fare. The hotel should have let us know this was the case with cabs

I really enjoyed The Polonia Palace Hotel. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is located in downtown Warsaw which makes it super convenient if you want to enjoy the city or use the train station.

Stayed for 2 nights for work, great central location near the station, big rooms, clean and small perks such as free drink at the bar, and money off if you do not have your room cleaned. Food was also really good.

Fine hotel in a great location- just a few blocks from the train station in the heart of downtown. Classy hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, and a pretty lobby with an outstanding restaurant. Alexandria, one of the check-in staff, was especially nice and helpful. Others were more reserved.
