This hotel is very convenient for access to the airport, and the rooms were clean and in good shape. The one problem is that the door of the first room I got was stuck in the locked position - I had to call and get help to get out! and then couldn't get back in without help to get my bags. They were quick to respond and gave me a new room, but some room doors clearly needed maintenance!

This was booked for proximity to the airport which is the only box it ticks. The staff were unhelpful and slow and the charge for milk for tea in the room £11!! I’m really unsure how this hotel is 5 star given the property, amenities and staff however if you are looking for a basic somewhat overpriced hotel very close to the airport this is the one for you!

Nice clean airport hotel, but the service needs to improve. The Air Conditioner was broken , they couldn’t fix it. It was late at night and I had a flight in the early morning. I asked to change the room and they tried to don’t change it and said they were fully booked. After discussing they gave me an another room ( it’s mean they had a free room). Something like that should not happen in a 5 star hotel .
