The hotel met all my expectations. The only issue was the construction that was going on at this location. More signage telling you to drive around back was needed. And parking areas had construction stuff and vehicles to dodge.

Light could be seen around the door from the hallway so that meant it wasn't a tight fit. Therefore, noise in the hallway could be heard in the room.

Staff was awesome, very welcoming from front desk to cleaning crew. Friendly, helpful, quick to handle even the smallest detail. Beds were very comfortable. Next time in this area, this hotel is at the top of my list.

Completely remodeled
We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. They have recently did a full renovation which is beautiful. Pool was great for kids. The power did go out the morning of our checkout probably related to still remodeling. Also housekeeping knocked 2 rimes! On our door morning of checkout even though checkout is at noon. It was annoying.

The room was not vacuumed prior to checking in (pet pellets were all over the room), the grass area had a lot of trash and some pet feces, and the pool was very very warm (hot tub temperature almost).

Checked in, our room was infested with fleas, myself and son were covered after being in the room for only five minutes. We asked for assistance, they did not have another room available and would not give a refund since we purchased the room from Hotels.com. They did initiate a cancellation on their behalf but

Pleasant place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and loved the privacy shades and the eco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers instead of the little plastic bottles.

The property was nice and comfortable. Could use some deep cleaning in the bathroom. More access to water would have improved my visit. Only 1 of the 3 water fountains I found worked and the water was warm.

Cleanish, maybe a little over priced
We arrived at 10pm, staff was friendly, quick check in. Elevator was a little worse for wear as it would shake while going down. Blankets and towels did have some stains but nothing concerning. Plenty of options at breakfast, late check out was helpful too
