This spacious, end unit, brick front home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, close to NW Stadium and short walk to bus & train. You’re greeted with beautiful colonial columns when entering the dining room. Enjoy a large living room with a large screen smart television. As an added bonus, there’s a game room. The open kitchen is inviting. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with tub, stand alone shower, and two walk in closets. The home includes a large laundry room and a great outdoor area. This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There is a full size washer and dryer, a full size refrigerator and 4 smart televisions (one in each bedroom and upstairs living room).

There are three actively recording cameras overlooking the front, driveway, and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property
