You will be in delight when walking into this 1,870 sq. ft. vacation rental! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are the perfect open floor plan to host your family or golfer’s getaway. Be prepared to enjoy a fully stocked kitchen which includes: 2 crock pots, George Foreman and Grill, coffee maker, blender, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and oven, electric stovetop, seating for 9, and a high chair!

The living room has brand new leather furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace! With big bright windows, you will be able to soak in the St. George sunshine! You will also be able to access the back patio from the living room. A Bit of Sunny Delight’s back patio is one of the most private patios in Coral Ridge.

The Master Bedroom has a wonderfully large king-size bed, beautiful bedroom furniture, a door to the patio, a walk-in closet, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, granite countertops, an oversized bathroom tub, and a separate tile shower.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with beautiful bedding and a dresser. There is a twin on top and a full-on bottom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with beautiful bedding and bedroom furniture.

Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered. Golf course views and the serenity of the community are just some of the reasons why vacation guests love the Coral Ridge community!

Great rental! Would stay again.

I was very happy the property. It was very clean and spacious. The location is wonderful. Being on the corner the patio area was larger than most units in the area which was nice. The only issue that I had was the TV's in the living room and master bedroom were not easy to use. I could not get either to work but we really didn't have much time for tv so that's a minor inconvenience.I would stay here again when I'm in the area.

Property Nice, Master Bed Not

Great location and property overall was nicely laid out and fairly up to date. However the master bedroom is in dire need of a new mattress and box spring… and the dining room chairs were simply shot. There were scented plug-Ins that were overwhelming, but other than that the property was great and the rental process was smooth and uneventful.

This was the perfect location for us. We easily made day trips to Kolob Canyon, Zion and St George. The jacuzzi was nice and hot for our sore muscles after playing all day. The house was comfortable and clean. We will be back again.

Very nice, well stocked, clean, and comfortable for the 5 of us. My kids loved the pools, the facility is very nice. My parents are planning on returning in fall. I would bring a pillow if I returned.

Home away from home

This property was a wonderful place to spend some quality family time! The kitchen is stocked with many everyday use items so you don't have to pack it with you. The fireplace was one of our favorite amenities as it adds warmth and ambiance to the family room at the end of a fun-filled day in the surrounding outdoors. It is close to shopping and to amazing, breathtaking outdoor adventures. The pools and hot tubs are also a nice part of this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property

Our two family's rented this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving weekend adventures to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Zion was about 30 minutes away and Bryce was a two hour drive. The house was the perfect size for the nine of us to be comfortable. The high ceilings and open floor plan made the space feel even larger than it was, and it was very spacious. The house was clean, the kitchen had enough amenities for cooking and meals, and the living room was huge with great seating space. The rooms were very comfortable with extra blankets, and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Our overall experience was definitely a 5 star stay. Mahaloz Erica, at Sunny Delight, for making our Zion/Bryce adventures a great experience with this beautiful home to stay at. 🤙🏽

Enjoyed our stay here.

The home is newer and very well kept, and we were quite content there. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. Pillows in the master were squishy (but not flat!) which was perfect for me. The furniture is of nice quality, and it’s clean and comfortable as well. My husband loved the lazy boy chair. The TV was a good size, and had a good lineup of channels. They had ample supplies for doing a few loads of laundry. Kitchen was stocked well. Extra blankets and plenty of towels. But bring your own if you plan to go to SandHollow. The beach towels are for the pool only. We did need help with a couple things, but they were handled quickly, so we appreciated that and the ease of checkout. There wasn’t a laundry list of items to do. The community is awesome. We stay here (in different units) all the time when we come to Utah. It’s close to SandHollow and to Zion, etc. Plus, they have a great pool, a fishing pond and a couple game tables in the clubhouse. My only suggestion for this unit would be to leave a garage door opener and maybe provide some beach towels that can be used elsewhere. But those are easy to fix items. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nice haven after a day of mountain biking

I stayed 8 nights and the property is excellent and offers everything you need for your stay. The furniture is high quality and the beds are very comfortable. A big plus in my opinion is that the house is not close to the community pool. Therefore the location is quiet and you get to enjoy the patio more private. I will definitely come back. The location of the house is excellent to explore Zion, Snow Canyon and the surrounding mountain bike trails in Santa Clara and the Hurricane area. This is a 5-star property and experience.
