Our stay over all was good; checking in went pretty quickly, parking through valet was easy and accessible- using the link they provide that allowed our car to be downstairs by the time we came down, and the room was clean. Our only hiccup is we called for additional towels, four times and never received them within our stay there throughout the weekend. I ended up having to find housekeeping myself while they were cleaning on the hall to get additional towels. Overall, the stay was good.

The only gripe i have is that the valet costs 65$ a night whether your a guest or not. And they dont vaildate either. Im paying for the hotel and parking at a ridiculous rate. I also didnt see this advertised on hotels.com website. If it was i would not have stayed at this hotel.

We stayed at the Cambria Hotel on Q St., SW DC.. The staff was amazingly accommodating, Koby, Alex, and Yonas were all extremely professional and helpful in a very stressful time. We came in January 11, 2025 driving from NJ the engine went out in my truck on Rt 295, since this was late Saturday there was no auto shop open so after sitting in the cold for hours we finally had it towed to the hotel. Everyone showed great compassion and kindness from the time we walked through the door the whole staff went up and above to make us feel welcomed and comfortable including a complimentary room upgrade. We definitely felt like valued guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area, if I could I would give them 10 stars over and over again. Definitely the only place I will stay going forward when in the DC area.
