Walking distance to the Mall a plus. But have never stayed in such a small room. The length of the bed waa the width if the room. A second person would have to crawl over the first to get in and out of bed - ridiculous. No front desk - just computer stations for checking in and out (although a staff person was generally around to help). Room entirely controlled by an ipad - to turn on lights, the TV, window covering and temperature...a hassle. Lastly the coffee in the breakfast area was undrinkable. Walked 2 blocks to Starbucks out of desperation. Breakfast buffet otherwise OK but overpriced. Staff helped with ordering taxi's which was appreciated. Will happily pay more next time for a normal room with bed access and better seating.

Property has a simple design that’s easy to navigate and decor that will make you smile! The staff was always welcoming and security was top notch! The room was fresh and clean with iPad control for everything, so easy to adjust for the perfect stay!

I love the CitizenM brand, but this particular location seemed short staffed. They advertised 24/7 bar/kitchen but the staff said the bar was closed Friday night around midnight.

This hotel made good use of technology and automation. At the same time, the staff was very welcoming, available, friendly, and helpful. They offered luggage storage after my checkout which really made my day go smoothly. Overall, I was very impressed by the quality of the service and amenities. I would love to stay here again.

The room was the size of a walk in closet- a queen bed that was against a wall so only one side accessible. The air condition was non existent, water pressure from sink was a dribble. Couldn’t even run tooth brush under the faucet after using it to clean off remaining toothpaste it was so weak. Now, all this for over $400 a night. Will be putting CitzenM hotels on my “no go” list. They’re too concerned with being cool than offering a good product.
