Walking distance to the Mall a plus. But have never stayed in such a small room. The length of the bed waa the width if the room. A second person would have to crawl over the first to get in and out of bed - ridiculous. No front desk - just computer stations for checking in and out (although a staff person was generally around to help). Room entirely controlled by an ipad - to turn on lights, the TV, window covering and temperature...a hassle. Lastly the coffee in the breakfast area was undrinkable. Walked 2 blocks to Starbucks out of desperation. Breakfast buffet otherwise OK but overpriced. Staff helped with ordering taxi's which was appreciated. Will happily pay more next time for a normal room with bed access and better seating.

Property has a simple design that’s easy to navigate and decor that will make you smile! The staff was always welcoming and security was top notch! The room was fresh and clean with iPad control for everything, so easy to adjust for the perfect stay!

The rooms are so small and awkward. Shower and bathroom are in the room with just glass separating it. Sink is in the room. They are full of technology, lights shades TVs all on an iPad. But the technology is slow, I pad took minutes to load, the free wifi took forever to connect. Little things like the toilet was aweful, the kind with no water in it so it smells bad, fridge was broken, water in sink had no pressure. It was fine for like a single guy staying overnight, but def not good for a vacation hotel.

This property was perfect for my 11 year old son and myself. He LOVED that everything could be controlled by an iPad! Very clean and everyone was friendly. Although we did order food one night and it was not very good. Other than that it was great and we’d stay again!

This was a new experience in a climate friendly environment. Things were clean and efficient. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional and the hotel is centrally located to all attractions on the National mall. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

The common areas of this property are very nice. The actual room is only 176 sq ft. The bathroom doors do not close and there is no hot water. It would probably be ok for a single person but not a couple.

Clean and nice hotel but their "cooling drawer" is no excuse for a fridge. All the food I kept in it went bad and when I complained they told me that it wasn't meant to be a fridge. They did suggest that I could use the fridge in the hotel bar but I didn't feel comfortable with that. Highly inconvenient but otherwise a good hotel for the price.

I love the vibes of the hotel. I love that you can control the room with an app either on the provided iPad or your phone. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay but the hotel staff was so accommodating. They provided us with an electric fan which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again!
