Apartment had basic necessities, but was lacking in some areas. There was laundry to finish from the cleaning crew when we checked in, the water in the shower was warm, not hot, barely enough to not freeze, the kitchen sink has a leak with a bowl under to catch the water, two microwaves no toaster, living room futon (the only furniture in the living room) and mattresses need to be replaced (very worn, very uncomfortable, very used, almost icky), the strobe light in the bathroom when the shower was running made it feel like a rave, when the light actually did come on. The neighborhood cats were pleasant enough and greeted us each morning.
The neighborhood was quiet and close to the freeway, and we were there to see the city. The roof didn't leak, there was central air, and plenty of parking on the street right in front. The ice maker on the fridge worked, as well as the water dispenser. The price per night was within our budget, and we made the best out of it.
