I never checked in, upon arrival of location which there was a-lot of unpleasant activity and addicts on the premises. I’m Law Enforcement and can not be around such things. A Request of cancellation immediately, awaiting my authorization hold to be lifted without charging.

I should have received a discount as the pool was not open and there was nothing really for breakfast. The water pressure was too low to take a shower, the door was difficult to open or close. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. The bed was the best part as it was comfortable. The TV only had 4 channels an 2 of them were poor reception.

This hotel is terrible I have stayed in a lot of Days inn and they were k this not a hotel this is a place were people are staying and I feel sorry for them this hotel is run down please don’t take your family there and I am praying for the people who live there. Days Inn in Washington NC

There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty. The bedding was stained. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies. Clerk came and cleaned the tub and took the towel but didn’t bring more clean towels. Got a smoking room. Smelled like old dirty ashtray. Had to buy my own stuff to tolerate the stench after airing it out for a couple of hours. Left early

The property was run down and neglected. The rooms were not up to date and not very nice. I stayed 2 days. The room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. There danish and coffee was not fresh Mini breakfast muffins ( not good) Luke warm to cold coffee. If there would be a next time which I doubt, I would sleep in my truck. Water in shower didn’t get above Luke warm . I could go on but not a good ex at all. Very overpriced for the service I received. Oh yeah killed a couple of cockroaches too.

Extremely dirty floors, did not trust the linen so we went to Walmart and bought sheets and 2 pillows and remade the bed. 3 pillows for a king bed? Most hotels have 4 and the 3rd pillow looked like it hadnt been cleaned. The light in the bathroom is shorted and flashes like a disco light. Theres no guide for the TV channels so we had to guess what channels were working. Theres no trash can. The refrigerator doesnt have a freezer portion to put our bag of ice in, because theres no buckets to put ice in. The pool is out of order! Came to this hotel because it had 4.4 rating. There is no way this is a 4 star rating hotel!

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Sheets and pillows dirty with stains. Bath towels had stains. Hole punched in the bathroom door covered with a sticker. Locks on door broken. Got a non smoking room and it definitely is smoked in. Hallways are filthy with cigarette butts on the floor. Drug deals in the parking lot. Do not stay here !

I prepaid for a 2-bed room. Upon arriving they tried to lie and say I reserved a 1 bed with a pull-out couch. After reluctantly giving in to what they offered the pull-out couch was broken and they did not have any more rooms available. I have asked for a refund and left the motel. We are still waiting on an email, a call, and our refund.

Unfortunately I didn't learn until the morning that I had no hot water. I found a moth crawling on the floor. I didn't think anything of it. Until the morning when I found 2 medium brown colored bugs crawling on the floor. We have an expression where I come from, one is a fluke, two is a coincidence, but 3 is a problem. I also found a hair that was definitely not mine on the tub
