Had to pay $45.00 to park in the garage and the reason i chose Doubletree was free airport transportation however the times were limited and i had an early flight and shuttle wasn't running yet so i had to pay for a Lyft also the bathroom was clean but smelled like mold and the room refrigerator did not work

This was a wonderful experience The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing The food choices were fantastic I can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel was . I had breakfast in the Cafe Axi was phenomenal I couldn’t have gotten better customer service. She remembered my order from the previous morning. She also assisted me in finding the metro overall experience 10 i highly recommend this hotel

This is by far the worst Doubletree I’ve been too. Contrary to the description of my room being upgraded and “MONDERN” it was nothing less than the opposite of that. In the past Doubletree has been a top hotel recommendation for myself, friends and family but I will not be returning. This doubletree needs some TLC because it was got giving, no shade no tea, motel. Very drab, very much outdated and filthy! I had the room with the balcony as well thinking I’d get something different. If you need a place to just lay your head for a night, MAYBE two but other than that. No.
