Clean rooms lots of storage, excellent WiFi, helpful staff. Only complaint was the refrigerator not working in the room and my food was spoiled. However, Eric (Assistant Manager) took care of my family for the inconvenience after he couldn’t resolve the issue.

Bates Motel would have been an Upgrade
Had to relocate due to fire on my flr in condo and fire dept condemned entire floor ..first tbere was no one at desk for check in kept hollering to to get someones attention...check in person rude...got to room happy to see kitchenette..well there was nothing in cabinets..saw brochure that said they would bring up what we needed then told not available because being washed..had to go down and get next day as handicapped person hallway about ha!f mile..then coffee maker didnt work would only initially give 2 coffee packs offered to buy more would not..was told coffee maker and another roll of tissue would be brought up..never was..and the door would not lock comp!etely..peop!e waLking in hallway all during the night....Bates Motel would have been an upgrade..also would not give me a check out receipt! Everybody rude and creepy characters hanging out...

I rarely write negative reviews, but I’ve been forced. This place needs managerial intervention. The general upkeep is lacking. No coffee in the rooms. No printed wifi instructions - they make you ask the front desk. The toilet in my room stopped working completely, I reported it, but nothing was done after a whole day. I like the option to pass on room service when it’s unnecessary, but they didn’t even provide it. This ‘could’ be an okay place to stay, but management needs to get this house in order.

The room I was given didn't have a functional phone or TV. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, he managed to fix the TV (it hadn't been hooked up), and he told me they could get someone to fix the phone in a few days (after I checked out). The TV stopped working again my last night there, and the phone never did work. There was also a used band-aid that sat in the hall outside for three days. Add on top of that the loud music from outside at 1AM and I would recommend the extra few bucks a night for another hotel nearby.

It's a property that should be evaluated and readjusted. Much happens whereas it's unsafe for individuals. I was recently informed a disable person was assault at this property. I was run out/away from the property by extended stayers who are doing illegal activities. If you want more details call/email me.

Unfortunately not a very good experience. The front desk was very nice and checked us in at 3 am with a big smile on his face. But the room was a nightmare. Bathtub was dirty, the bathroom smelled like a public bathroom from a abandoned gas station on the side of the road. The kitchen smelled like garbage. The furniture was all scratched and bit which seemed like a dog. Behind the TV I saw candle wax all over the wall. I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible, out-of-date hotel
This hotel is awful. It is about to be renovated, and that cannot happen soon enough (apparently). It is dirty, out of date, and lacks basic amenities any hotel or motel should have. The rooms do not even come with a paper or plastic cup to use. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a cup, at which point the manager had to go to a storage room and retrieve one. There are no coffee machines, you cannot purchase bottles of water, or any of the basics you would expect of any modern motel setting. Overall the hotel is coming apart from wear and tear. It is in a convenient location, which is a plus, but otherwise was a terrible experience.
