Our time at the hotel was very nice. Neighborhood safe, clean, walkable. A lot of dinning options and others amenities. Farmers market, Sunday was amazing.

Generator Hotel is okay. It's not good for business travelers. They charge for everything: $8 for a towel, $3 for tiny hotel shampoo, $5 for toothbrush. No coffee or tea in room. Coffee (standard) is $5 a cup. If you have a water bottle they still have free water. It's an okay place to stay. Not great, not horrible. It's a bit like a filing cabinet for people to park themselves and sleep. It's quite noisy and busy, and just generally very chaotic and crowded. It's like staying in a mall at the pre Christmas rush, with all the excitement of sitting in the local Starbucks that's been overly staged and currated to appeal to willing customers. Staff are quite nice and helpful, but remind you constantly that if you want or need anything you have to pay. Restaurant and cafe in hotel. Cafe is nice, but overpriced. Restaurant is cute, but expensive and boring.

Much much smaller than expected, there was a hole in the nightstand, shower head was nasty,, the view was great but there’s part of the window that opens down towards the floor that has no screen or protection, you or kid can fall right out of! Would not recommend if you have kids!!!

I never made it to the property. My flight was scheduled to leave Orlando on 10/9 but was cancelled due to hurricane Milton. Airport was closed! This hotel has flat out REFUSED TO REFUND the money I paid for my stay. Expedia also reached out and still, they continue to refuse, citing their non-refundable policy. This is poor customer service! BEWARE! They will steal your money, with no regard for your situation! A hurricane is beyond my control.
