Great place to stay in downtown DC
My wife and I stayed here while I was attending a meeting in DC. Everything was to our satisfaction, and the location was perfect. We would stay here again.

One one of two elevators was broken. Wait times for the 2nd elevator went as long as 20 mins. Once in the elevator, it was stifling hot. Front desk staff was unable to operate their computer. On the positive side, the valet was *excellent*.

Rooms were very nice; staff was not very friendly when I called to ask about parking. You have to Pay $50 a day. Only one elevator was working so it was a long wait to get to the 8th floor. I would stay again just for location to the Capital One Arena shows.

We were here for a concert and the property was PACKED. The one elevator was broken during our entire stay, so they had one elevator for all of the guests. We would often wait 20 minutes for the elevator because we were on the 10th floor. This made the trip hectic and not enjoyable. We were late to our event waiting on the elevator. I will say the room was clean and the valet staff were amazing. They handled the craziness of check in very well and we did not wait more than 10 minutes for our car when checking out.

One elevator was out of surface, leaving only one for guess and staff. Staff gad no issues consuming the elevator causing guess to wait long periods Front desk employees not friendly at all, as if the job was inconvenient to them, definitely wasn’t impressed

Awesome location. Our toliet was extremly loud when flushing (something in the back tank) and for over 200 rooms spread out on 13 floors, theres inly 2 elevators. 1 is down for maintenance which made for very long waits when it was busy. There were a few times we traveled by steps up to the 8th floor which was really inconvenient.

Some of the Staff were amazing and helpful —— some of the staff were rigid and rude. I am from the west coast and have never encountered parking fees when staying at a hotel. This hotel charges parking fees —- a daily rate—- that apparently much of the area does. When I made my reservation I had follow-up communications confirming they had cots for the kids to sleep. When we showed up at the hotel and requested the cots we already were confirmed for we were told that the room wasn’t big enough so we had kids sleeping in a hard floor. They did bring extra blankets.
