We had a very good stay in a very convenient location, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast was great and plentiful with courteous, helpful staff, as was our room assistant who cleaned every day of our 4 night stay. 2 double beds were comfortable and the fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities very useful. The only downside were the two lady receptionists who were abrupt and bad tempered. The men on the other hand were helpful and friendly.

The staff was great! On the day I arrived on Friday, I like the cookies. The Amtrak was late and the last batch of cookies were gone. Front desk guy, said there might be some cooking up. My wife and I was waiting on our Uber. The Front desk guy came running out and called me by name to let me know the cookies were in, better come on!! :) That was special! thanks again!!

I want to say, although I gave your staff 1 star it does not go for the entire staff. I am referring to the clerk who checked me in and was extremely rude. I walked in, gave my name, and said I had two reservations. I reserved two rooms and was told there was only one room in my name. To which I responded, I reserved two. The clerk asked if I had booked through Expedia, and I replied yes. She told me I had to take it up with them. As I continued to speak the clerk accused me of having an attitude with her. I said I'm trying to respond to work it out. I then asked if she would check for the 2nd reservation under my mother’s name, and she said she would not unless my mother was physically standing there. I said she was in the car. Needless to say, I think all the frustration could have been avoided if the clerk had been hospitable and simply asked for the name of the second guest.
