A convenient and clean, nice but affordable alternative in the heart of DC. Friendly staff and the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is overpriced, but that was my only complaint.

The location is excellent but unfortunately we had a disturbance during our stay due to some heating system difficulties and the alarm going off in the middle of the night a few times. We had to leave our room, wait in the lobby with the children. We got one night free parking for a compensation. Gym was great but the pool is small and not as clean. We have stayed with Hilton many times and always have a good word but this time was unfortunate but glad everyone was ok.

This property was generally nice but our last night theere was no power in the thermostat so it started getting cold. I called the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to resolve the issue. Additionally, we heard construction on New Year’s Eve past 10 pm. It sounded like drilling and water rushing through pipes. There aren’t that many breakfast places right near there and it was cold out during our stay so we ate

Great location and services
They were accommodating to an early check in, let us keep our bags secured even after check out and answered all our questions. The service was great. Facility was clean and tidy. Location was very central with close walking proximity to the sites including white house and museums. Really enjoyed our stay!

So many things were great about the stay! There were some issues with the heater in our room though - at times the room got over 80 degrees, and didn’t maintain a temperature well. The stay was so short that we didn’t ask about fixing it, and I’m sure if we had they would have been accommodating though!

Convenient area to everything, hotel was well kept and staff was very friendly. Strange complaint but bedding and sheets definitely aren’t dried with drying sheets so they are very very staticky. To the point if you move the bedding at night you can see the sparks from it and if you touch anything after laying in bed it shocks you. Besides that, very pleasant experience.
