Loved the hotel , the location was great. The restaurant at the hotel was divine . My only complaint is the air conditioning in the room made so much noise , no matter what setting it was loud and kept us up all night

Very nice front desk staff! Very quick with requests, helpful suggestions with dinner ideas, and parking when valet was full. My only complaint with this hotel was the not so nice valet when we arrived. How is valet full when you don’t have parking for your hotel!! Kinda dumb!

I liked and appreciated the smart TV. However, every 20 or 30 minutes the apps would close in the middle of watching something and then would have to go back in, not a deal-breaker, but kind of annoying at the same time. The front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with, so friendly and accommodating.

Hilton garden inn has lost a step as the brand has aged. Rooms are dusty to the point of creating allergies. And the AC has not worked properly in the rooms for 3 consecutive visits. Staff is trying but follow through is poor. Look elsewhere in DC for value properties.
