Great place to stay for the Marine Corps marathon. They open breakfast super early on race day and it’s a relatively short walk back from the finish line.

Perfect location for me
Loved the amenities of the room. The exercise room had a Peloton, which was used by my daughter. Breakfast had some unique choices - wasn’t just the same as all hotel breakfasts. Was pretty convenient to the Rosslyn Metro stop and I easily walked to Georgetown several times. The front desk staff was super friendly and held my luggage all day after I checked out for no charge. Will stay at the Homewood Suites again.

The staff were amazing and I thanked them especially the manager for our granted request of extra comforter pillows etc. Full of gratitude here however the couch or the bed has bed bugs! They need to change those.. our school teacher said we need to file for a claim of the bedbug bites in my kids skin. :( thats my honest review. Thank you.

Animals: Pets prevalent on site. Dog next to my room was alone and barked for 2.5 hours straight one evening. The hotel was unable to reach the owner to mitigate the issue. The front desk staff said the hotel was fulll so I could not switch my room. They kindly offered to compensate with one night free parking, but I was charged anyway. Food/breakfast: Coffee is terrible. Breakfast was worse than usual because there was no hot oatmeal (instead they offered cold overnight oats in plastic cups that were not good). I only tried breakfast the first of three mornings so maybe other food is offered on different days. Parking: On site parking is always a challenge because of garage design. Overall: I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. Between the value, animal issue, poor breakfast and convenience of parking, unfortunately this will be my last.
