The first room they gave us was not fully clean there were still trash and sock laying around but they changed our room right away to a clean one. Only one elevator is working. Overall the stay is good.

The lobby is beautiful but my room although clean needed attention. Cracked countertop, stained bathroom tiles. Carpet frets and other such things like peeled areas on desk etc. With an update, this would be an excellent property. The customer service was great which made the stay decent. The bed was comfortable but I wouldn’t return unless it gets a remodel on the rooms. The hotel lobby is in tip top shape so I was taken aback when I got to my room.

There was a what appeared to be a watermain break on the 2nd floor at night which caused significant damage and caused fire alarm to ring throughout the hotel. We were all requested to come down. I was a little disappointed in how the front desk dealt with the inconvenience to guests.
