Property overall okay and its convenient to casino if going to an event - attached by covered walkway. The reason I would not return is that they fail to tell you on check in that you are automatically charged for breakfast if book thru a 3rd party, and then refuse to refund when call about extra charge. In fact, management won’t even return phone calls and leaves it to the desk staff to deal with unhappy customers. No where on their website or third party site where I booked is this policy explained.

Stayed here multiple times. Love the convient walkway to the casino. Rooms clean but the king bed we had this time was definitely dated as I was sinking into the right side. Breakfast was just ok.

Excellent hotel to atay at friendly staff, and rooms were clean. Nice restaurant bar on premises good food. Cat walk in the back of hotel to the Hollywood casino . Loved this property!
