No free parking even though it said it was included with stay, had to park in a paid parking next door. Staff were INCREDIBLY rude even the bartender at the hotel bar. No breakfast included. Amenities were not explained by staff if they were even available. Homeless allowed to stay outside and harass patrons.

Excellent facility. Clean welcoming. Cookies at night, water with cucumbers and oranges during the day. The little things were done in such a way that it really made it feel like vacation.

Nice Hotel in the Heart of Downtown
The hotel was right in the heart of downtown, close to many things, there's a starbucks in the lobby and another breakfast cafe. Very close to many other restaurants. I called the night before to let them know I was going to come in early, we arrived at the hotel at 9am and dropped off our bags. I gave them my phone number to call us when the room was ready, at 5pm we decided to go back to the hotel because we were tired from walking and an early flight. To our surprise the room was still not ready. Other than the room not being ready in a timely matter the stay was just fine. Breakfast is a plus. The room I requested was spacious. Rooms are a bit older but it was fine for our needs. We had a room facing the street and on the 2nd floor, it did get a bit loud at times. Thankfully we didn't get a car, parking is a bit of a problem, the rates are very expensive. If you park right next door it's way less.

Good hotel between Dupont Cir and Foggy Bott.
Good place to stay for any business between Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom. Parking available and reasonably priced. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room was quiet and never heard any outside noise. The carpet appeared to need a vacuum but wasn't a major issue. Bathroom door didn't lock and also not a major issue for a family of 3. The HVAC was good but the controls were not easy for me to control the fan speed manually. I would stay there again if a business need for that location would arise.

Our bathroom faucet leaked at its base over night & flooded our bathroom. Hotel front desk person told us that if we book through them they could comp us 1 night but they couldn’t because we pd hotel.com. They were very nice & comped us breakfast.
