The hotel was a fine place to stay. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The HVAC was better than most, as it regulated the temperature well and it was relatively quiet. The cleanliness was good. We expected service every other day, but our room was freshened up daily. One problem. There was a singer/piano player in the dining area one evening. He was so loud everyone left. Why did they let him do this? Wasn't there someone on staff that could tell him to lower the volume? The staff was not happy but it appeared no one was in charge. Not a good situation.

I thought it was cool that the building was shared with the Fire Dept. I loved that when I informed front desk that sink was draining slow, it was fixed immediately. What I was disappointed about was that i asked where to mail some postcards and was told they would send them out but nobody received them and I sent email asking them to see if they were laying around but never got a reply. The breakfast was good and happy hour on rooftop was enjoyable.

It could be a nice stay if the show doesn't broken
Good location, new interior, spacious room, breakfast (no vegetables at all). But the shower head is broken! The water is not shower but drizzls and the water temperature is not warm. The handle drop off when my huseband was turnjng it. He manage dto put it back, but it is wiggling.
