Property passes itself for a hotel but is actually a motel. No dining facilities. No restaurants nearby. Heavy road traffic is noisy. Office staff is courteous.

Hooker followed me to my room when I first arrived, asked to come in before I even put my stuff down. Observed her pimp waiting in his car out in the parking lot. This is a noisy area 2.5 miles north of downtown Washington DC, not a great city anyway, high crime. Bed was large and comfortable but pillows were like straw stuffed in cloth. Working TV, shower; very minimal and low priced but not well kept up. Room very basic and crammed. Old furniture, fridge so noisy I had to unplug it to sleep.

Broken furniture, stains on the walls, cigarette holes in the bedding, and strong cigarette smoke smell permeating everything in the unit (after being required to sign a sheet at check-in saying I would be in a non-smoking room and smoking is disallowed) were all part of what made my stay unpleasant. On late notice there were no options to re-book elswhere but I wouldn't stay with this chain again in the future at any price. Unacceptable especially for a place which cost nearly $170 per night.

Booked this last minute while visiting DC and the photos looked wayyy better than in person. Also smelled like a smokers room. We were so tired from driving that we didn’t care to do anything at this point but so gutted and disgusted. I was itching all night sleeping in the bed and it was rock hard. The floors were so dirty, I’ve stayed at old hotels before but they’re at least kept clean you can tell they do a bad job cleaning. It’s basically a motel but the name is deceiving

I never felt safe there. The rooms were smelly. The room was not properly cleaned. The area was terrible. I would not reccomend it to anyone.
