Had to do what felt like an obstacle course every time I went to my car. You have to take the elevator to the lobby, then a second elevator to the ground floor, then go through a door to the parking garage, then take another elevator to the floor you’re parked on. You have to pay for parking and they don’t take Apple Pay and make you pay again after already paying through Expedia. The communication of the staff sucked and a bottle of water is $8

I booked this hotel so that I could be conveniently located near the airport. It provided just that. The property was clean and the staff was nice. Parking was a tad bit confusing and inconvenient since the garage charged separately with no in-and-out privileges. The garage locked me out after midnight on my last night, and I had to go to the front desk to get a key card for entry access. It was inconvenient since it wasn’t mentioned at check-in that the garage had a time restriction. The system went down for a while during my stay which limited room service and front desk assistance. I liked my room but didn’t enjoy the limited television channels. However, I think that for the price, it was okay overall. I would choose another hotel option for my next stay though.
