This was fine for a night, but based on the location, I would not want to spend a longer time here. There are always groups of people hanging around the liquor store at the corner, and it doesn't feel safe. It's close to NoMa and Union Market, but crossing New York Ave and and Capitol to get there is an awful pedestrian experience. The rooms themselves were nice, although we got a basement room that had very little natural light. It was convenient to store our bags in the luggage room.
Other than the property being a little loud because it’s right next to a busy street it was great. They give you earplugs for the night because of the road right next-door and also I booked a deluxe room so I was at the corner right in front of the road, the feel like that made it a little more louder than probably a different unit in the building, the unit was beautiful. The sunlight shining through was amazing. Is everything that I wanted the little balcony was intimate and cute to stand look at the city the communication between me and The lobby wasn’t so good. I requested someone help me with the blinds so I can open them up and , take full advantage of the beautiful view in the deluxe room but no one ever came. The other windows opened up so I guess it was OK but not fully what I wanted. I didn’t really complain about it because other than that the unit was amazing and also, it was a very good price for the area opposed to booking a little tiny hotel room. Why not get a whole big apartment I loved my stay. I definitely would still give it a five star rating

Noisy!
Room facing south Capitol st. Waaaaay too noisy to get any real sleep. Never would choose that location again.
Very nice and clean apartment. <10 mins to a couple of cafes and market. The neighbor felt a bit unsafe, but it's only for a small area of the corner and I did not run into any trouble.
Excellent room with all the amenities you need (small kitchen, cutlery, bedding, towels, etc.) with an incredibly simple and intuitive check-in check-out process. Property was nice and clean, nothing but good things to say
Great value for your money, very clean and comfortable. My brother and I got a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with a nice living room and kitchen and it was the perfect solution for staying together without renting 2 rooms or someone’s apartment. Nice front desk staff. Off-site parking via SpotHero was close by and cheaper than any DC hotel charges. The Metro is .25 miles away, as are a frequent bus and a CVS and a Trader Joe, but this isn’t a hanging out or strolling neighborhood — it’s not far from anything but not super close, either. Would stay again.
While the location and price are right, including helpful onsite staff, I cannot say enough bad things about their systems, the condition of the property and their "contactless setup". And I'm not alone / everyone I chatted with on the elevator agreed. Despite their claim of 24.7 support my television didn't work the whole trip and emails about it were ignored. The bathtub was full of filthy water when I got to my room and the toilet had excrement in it. I dropped something under my bed where I discovered filth that made me recoil - and I'm not much of a housekeeper. Perhaps the other locations are different but this one is a dump.
