This 1000 square foot home is located midway between Washington and Chelsea, Vermont. The main bedroom is on the second floor and includes a king size bed and two twin beds. A small full bathroom ,living room,,kitchen and dining table are located on the first level. A sun porch is attached to the living room. Propane heat as well as a wood stove are also on the first level. Both stove and refrigerator are gas. There is a wildlife pond and fire pit adjacent to the home. Parking is available for multiple vehicles. Nearby attractions within one hours drive include Woodstock,Stowe,Burlington, Waitsfield and Montpelier.

Great stay with great hosts
We really enjoyed our stay here, this is the ideal location for a Vermont getaway! The cabin was very well kept, cozy, and offered everything we needed. It is in a secluded, very peaceful area. There are cows and a maple syrup farm right down the road. Gary and Dede were wonderful hosts who stopped by to welcome us (unfortunately we were running behind and missed them). They made our entire stay very relaxing, checking in/out was very easy, and they even dropped off apples that they handpicked from their apple tree!

Beautiful setting...& the perfect bed
This house has a beautiful setting, and the best bed (king size, too!) I've had at a rental. Gary and Deidre met me at the property and graciously walked me through. The house was ideally located for me, since I was attending a weekend program a half-hour away. My only challenge was a cow in the middle of the road when I was running late and rushing to drive to the program. Message Received: "Slow down...it's a beautiful day :)"

Peaceful Easy Feeling
