We enjoyed our stay. The only time we were disappointed was on the last day staff came to clean the room and did not knock first just unlocked and was ready to come. The person was apologetic though. Otherwise everyone was very welcoming and respectful. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant in the hotel was enjoyable and the fact that there were others within walking really made our stay enjoyable. The Nelson Family

We we intown for a burial at Arlington, so a quick trip but Sheraton was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything we could walk to once we got there. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were courteous; but we booked a room for 4, and they gave us 2 towels, 2 pillows, and one blanket. When we asked for more, they told us they were doing laundry and didn’t have more.

Air conditioner did not cool room down, one of the 2 elevators were broken so everyone had to use 1 functioning elevator. Also the elevator that goes down to the parking garage was down one day. I am a lifetime gold Marriott member I will be changing to Hilton, I was in town for sons wedding and we could not get cooled down coming back to the hotel.
