The hotel was ok. Need upgrading as far as tv was fuzzy, bed was like a brick and no heat. Therefore the hotel offered space heaters. If these items was upgraded this could definitely be a great hotel. Overall the room was clean and the deluxe suite was very spacious and also easy excess to monuments.

We had intended to stay here for the weekend. Our first night, though, the room was easily 75 degrees or more. We called the front desk. They said the entire hotel had to be either on AC or heat. It was set to heat. So no matter how low we set our room, it wouldn’t get any colder. We checked out early after one night.

Loved this hotel for its ideal location to all the major sights. Very walkable to everything The room was extremely spacious and very clean and we loved the large kitchenette that was well equipped. Staff very professional. Overall excellent 3 day stay

State plaza hotel was right with in walking distance from Foggy Bottom George Washington campus. Very active college area, super safe feeling. Lots to see and do within walking distance . The White House is only a 15 minute walk. Very clean hotel with a kitchen for your convenience and a 13 minute drive to Ronald Reagan airport. A must stay
