We liked the breakfast buffet and the servers who were especially attentive. I recall Hamid gave great care. The big problem with Westin is that they only have very soft beds with a big heavy duvet. We did not sleep well. I asked if they had a firm mattress, but the answer was that all beds were the same. One could not sit up in bed to read even. We had just experienced three nights at Marriott in Boston with normal beds. I will check next time I travel. There's a Marriott right across the street in Crystal City!

The property is TOO OLD for the price they charge per night!! Also parking $46 a night?!! Ridiculously over priced and I was so disappointed in the room and building in general. It needs a serious upgrade to charge prices like that! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only reason I gave one star was the fact of it being close to transportation for the Marine Corp Marathon.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean. The property was quiet. Close to DCA and the Metro. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. The front desk personnel were not very friendly, but were accommodating.

Clean and all the appropriate amenities. The parking garage was tight for a full size truck but that's not a complaint, just a bit of a warning if you are not comfortable driving a larger vehicle in a smaller space.

Very nice and clean. Parking is $40 a night on the weekends in their parking garage, so I parked on the street across from it for free since it’s no charge on the weekends

The Westin is always a solid choice for a hotel. This location did not disappoint. It was clean and quiet. The staff were extremely nice. The only complaint I have is the cost of parking was a little different than advertised. It was a small difference so it doesn’t change my overall review of the property.
