The room was not clean when we got there. Crumbs and dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. Luckily, I have pictures. Looks like a cigarette burn in the sheets. Gummie pieces on the ceiling, no tv or Wi-Fi. Phone and alarm didn’t work in the room. Stayed at other Quality Inn’s, but this one was unacceptable.

I forgot my wedding diamond set and they told me it was not there. This establishment condones the dishonesty of their employees.I don't recommend this place because they are thieves.

Well for starters, I paid for a non-smoking room, when I checked in, not only did it smell terribly of smoke, but there were even cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed, If that's not bad enough, I ended up having to buy ice because the ice machine was broken, to add insult to injury, I went out for the day on Saturday only to return and find that my room had not been cleaned or towels changed, for over $125 a night, I was extremely disappointed with my stay, I will certainly be looking for better accommodations on my next trip to Waterbury.

Property located in an unattractive commercial area. Room had no carpeting. The basics were there, but nothing else. Unsatisfactory explanation of $50 deposit requirement. Unfriendly desk personnel. Will not return.

Sad stay but hopefully new owners can upgrade this
This hotel apparently was an old motel built on 2 floors with a stairway connecting them. The rooms are 2- or 3 star only, although the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is adjacent to I-84 but windows are thick enough to block out most noise. Bathroom was sparse on minimal amenities and threadbare towels. There was an odor (amazingly of cigarette smoke) from the bathroom exhaust, that I think connected to other rooms where people were secretly smoking. Smote detector in my room was disengaged. The coffee machine was filthy, spewing out horrid waste water left in it from previous guests. I also found tooth pick cleaners on the floor, and the desk chair broken.

Room was previous smoked in, walls were punched in, holes in blanket, Used condom on the steps outside. no coffee in the morning. ( Broken). pictures on the internet did not match the actual building we had, falling apart. needs a complete overhaul, stop with the nice pictures that doesn't reflect the true Inn.

Very dark at night and place did not have coffee for breakfast.Could have taken a pot from a room or bought Dunkin’ donut since nearby.Also lobby was not inviting!Owner did not mention a senior discount or what’s in area to do.Rooms were very big and clean

Check in was terrible. Was told the System was down they made a photocopy of my credit card and drivers license which I was very uncomfortable with then called me 15 minutes later and said they were able to process my credit card and I can come pick up the copy that they made of my credit card which could’ve been duplicated at any time was not comfortable with us at all with today’s day and age of identity, theft, and credit card fraud

Don’t waste your time or money
The area and building were very sketchy and in need of major repairs, the room was a good size but there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom and the shower water pressure was practically non existent, the ac didn’t work and we left after about an hour after finding multiple ROACHES in the room.
