Overall a nice place to stay
Staff were all very nice, place was clean, breakfast and ammenities (coffee and cookies) were good. My husband thought beds were comfortable, I was a little less comfortable. We had a suite and having the bedroom at the back with a door was great for sound proofing. Nice hotel overall but some rooms (bathroom) were a little dated, but very clean.

Not A Pleasant Stay!
This hotel chain is excellent but this location told us at check-in that the cable is out. Since we were staying 2 days I asked when it would be fixed. Didn’t know, been out for days. Sure enough, got 1 analog station for the entire weekend. Made for boring nights with no TV to watch. We were gone during the day but would have appreciated TV at night. Second, our last night there we thought we’d kill time in the hot tub. Nope. They allowed a pool party, which is fine, except they gave them from the start of the party till close of the pool at midnight. We went down a couple of times, last time at 11:10pm to check, and the pool and hot tub was full of people drinking. Not supposed to have food/beverages in the pool area and the front desk told us that the kids had to be out at 11pm. Nope. Kids still everywhere and adults drinking, pool pretty full and hot tub definitely full. We never got to use it. We were pretty disgusted with this trip.

If other hotels are booked…
This was an average affordable hotel. The nicest area was the pool, but that had a door proposed open leading to the equipment and chemicals for the pool. The floor of our room didn’t appear to be swept (crumbs and dust). The TV also didn’t work and we tried everything. The space it self was decent (plenty of room), but our room was right by the pool and breakfast area, which was hosting a child’s birthday party, and the rooms are really not soundproof. We also heard a lot of heavy, running footsteps on the floor above us at 1:30am. Service was average; breakfast was nothing special. Location was convenient.
