Couldn't pay me enough to stay here again.
Party in the hall all hours of the night. Called and complained it stopped for two minutes and then they were back at it. Got no sleep. Old soap wrapper in shower and plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector.

Easy access to all the amenities along university ave. Easy on and off the highway. Highway noise isn’t noticeable! Great staff!

Good for the price. There was no light bulb in the lamp by the side of the bed and the toilet paper holder was loose and leaning. Otherwise it was definitely worth the money.

The hotel is in a great location with good access to University of Northern Iowa. there are many dining options. within a short drive. The property is being updated. and was in nice condition. The downside for me is the property. is not cast concrete. So it is easy to hear the people above and below you.
