The beds were clean. The floors were not clean. I walked on them and my feet were black. There was a smell like mold in the room. I won’t stay there again.

I left after seeing my room. It had had a strong smell of bleach as did the entire hotel. The room also has a strange bad odor that I could not explain. Guest in neighboring rooms agreed. I am expecting a refund.

No kind of of respect from staff elevator been broken and I tried to bring the attention and want to hear it and I’m disable in a wheelchair hard for me to get up and down on the elevator supposed to have two elevators but only have one and breakfast were horrible

Literally the dirtiest place I have ever had the unfortunate of staying at. They say they are renovating but clearly don’t care enough to clean rooms let alone renovate properly

Check in clerk was very nice. There is a next door restaurant open early and late. Those were the only 2 good things. The hotel is going through "Extreme Renovations" but not sure it will be enough. The room was not very clean. The only thing that looked clean was the bed. We found hair on the toilet and the sink. The toilet had broken tank and chipped seat. There was cofee spilled on the wall and trim and was not cleaned. The A/c did work but was loud. The room smellee like urine, the hallway smelled better (smelled like fresh paint) You could tell the the mircorwave and refrigerator were not cleaned as you saw greasy finger marks on it. I ended up wiping everything down because I know at 9 PM no one would come to clean. The common areas were dirty and smelled bad. The elevator did not work, felt bad for those who stayed on the top floors when they had to haul their luggage. I would have expected something more average.

Property was filthy. All Elevators broke on day of check out, so there was no way to get out without walking down several flights of stairs. Entire hotel smelled of mold and dampness. Carpeting was ripped. Huge boxes and broken air conditioners littered corridors. Never stayed in a worse inn!

The service this time around was terrible. I have stayed here at least 10 times before. I had to request a wash cloth 4 times .I was told they were out of them. The elevator went out of service on our stay which was inconvenient. They are in the process of remodeling so things are in disarray.
