"This property overall was excellent. Only issue was our bathroom , specifically the shower, in room 121, needs attention. The rest of the room was great. We ate an evening meal and a breakfast in the hotel. Both were delicious. The portions were very generous. Would recommend this hotel . 5 stars. "

"Off season means most of the park is closed but we still enjoy Waterton. The room was clean, quiet, and the senery is breath taking as always. "

"The main great room/lobby of this old historic hotel is pretty much worth it all. Spectacular views and a comfy relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was meh. But it is historic so that’s part of the deal. The point is to spend your evenings down in the great room that is equipped with many chairs, sofas and tables for reading, playing cards, having a drink and looking out at the amazing scenery. There is a good restaurant right off the lobby and also a really nice bar where you can have lunch, dinner or a snack. There is a snack/gift shop open too 9pm where they will make you a speciality coffee. It’s way in the back of the shop so look for it or ask. "
