Very nice by the lake. Simple clean rooms. The fridge was noisy as was the heater. But, overall for a night it was fine.

Location is great. Right in the middle of Watertown. Hotel is a bit tired and room air conditioner was very noisy. Bed was comfortable but expected more for what we paid.

The good First- our room was clean. The bathroom had ample supplies. The staff at check-in and at 2 restaurants we ate at were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located. The bad-the room had 1 electrical outlet. The air conditioner was testy. The sink and tub/shower was very slow to drain, standing in water during my shower. You can hear noise from the surrounding rooms. The room is way overpriced. I know they can’t do anything about the flies but they surround you when you try to eat.

Most rooms have been renovated with new vinyl flooring in lieu of carpeting. If your room is on the first floor you can hear and feel the the residents on tehsecond floor walking around.....but after hours is poretty quiet

It was kind of amusing that they tried to make the lack of daily cleaning a positive by emphasizing the privacy of no staff entering the room. Fortunately, we were there only 3 nights and weren’t too dirty. Everything else was fine, although it did seem like we were paying a lot for a room that never got cleaned.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the patio on the lakeside. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room but we loved that we parked the truck and didnt need to move it for most of our stay, most things were walking distance

We arrived 2 hours before time after 4 hours drive. When asked where is the washroom they sent us to the public toilet. no linen , the staff wasnt kind. The picture and the website said there's a spa but there wasn't. super expensive and not worthy of the pay
