We were not informed that check in was across the street at a different hotel, even though i had just spoken with front desk staff 1/2 hr before. There were 3 large box elder bugs inside, on the window ledge, that cleaning staff should have seen and removed if they had drawn the curtain back to check cleanliness.

It was disappointing the pool closed down before the end of the season and when the hotel closes. The floor in our room was not well kept but it was a great location.
